dinner cruise. (L-R: Denise Gurney, Rona Holland, Kinga Papp) Able Seawoman Katie Rossi enjoys the canal boat ride. For the first time, Faculty members in UK met at Cheshire Kinesiology for a Faculty retreat weekend.
Six members attended, and covered iPad updates to teaching, tips for running colleges, participatory teaching principles, and research into new modes - which are now being submitted to ICPKP. Everyone enjoyed the companionship and support of fellow ICPKP faculty, with success stories shared, and questions hopefully answered!
In the evening, a canal barge restaurant had been hired, so everyone went for a sail along the canal while the chef made our lovely supper. After a rainy day we were blessed with a glorious evening for our trip. Sunday was spent doing PKP workouts and everyone went home balanced, inspired and ready for new challenges. | [ Back to Mainmenu ] |
